Regional Italian recipes will be the drawcard for Woodland’s Winery this year’s festival as Head Chefs from Neil Perry’s Rockpool Group collaborate to offer a one off menu.

New chef’s to the festival, Head Chef of Angel Fernandez of Melbourne’s Rosetta Ristorante will collaborate with Rockpool Bar & Grill’s Head Chef Dan Masters to source fine ingredients from around Western Australia to create and indulgent menu with to be enjoyed in the Woodlands’ atmospheric barrel room and accompanied by its award-winning premium wines. These very special events are a synergy of style, substance and superb wine that are not to be missed.
