This wine was produced from our one acre plot of Malbec located in the middle of our south facing slope.
The wine was harvested in late March, and destemmed before being transferred into a small concrete open fermentor. Following primary fermentation, the wine was pressed and transferred into one year old medium toast French barrels where it underwent malolactic fermentation. Following malo our Malbec remained in oak for 12 months.
